In a galaxy where FTL space travel is common place but the 250nm silicon feature size barrier has yet to be cracked, some nerds work diligently to prop up the now mundane, stagnant, infrastructure of their local star cluster. Okay not really... But wouldn't that be cool?

The Hardware (what you're really here for)

This box, wasat, is a Sun Fire V240 shoved in the jankiest possible colo. Uptime is getting better as I figure out issues like power instability and a power supply that claims to work but causes a bus error every few minutes. 2200 VA UPS coming soon.

The namesake is the proper name of Delta Geminorum which is the star that makes up Pollux's pelvis in the constellation Gemini
